How to request a refund
- Email contact@findsoldmoney.com within 7 days of your purchase.
- Include the email address you used at checkout and the name of the guide.
- We will confirm your request and process the refund to the same payment method you used. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several business days to appear.
What is not covered
- Requests made after the 7-day period.
- Free guides, since there is nothing to refund.
Problems with your download
If you didn't receive your guide, the link doesn't work, or the file is damaged, write to contact@findsoldmoney.com and we will send you a working copy right away. Please also check your spam folder.
